Progress Pic, From When I started Depop 9 months ago to Now

 I wanted to do something like this where I review all my photos and how I improved, but...then I noticed on Reddit/ Depop that people were doing progress pics. It's been since March when I dived full on into my secondhand bookshop, so here one of my first photos to my most recent.

For the first photo I used the window and some white terry cloth. The second is a moss sheet, something you'd display at weddings or decorations. I like it since I want Hyla Brook Books to have an earthy feel.



I really miss taking photos like this. I can't decide if I love the yellow brick, wood, or peeled painted wood backdrop more.

What Sold April 2023 // I turned $2 into $121.77!!

 March was a bad month for me, I'm not sure if it gets better in April!!  No Ebay Sales. No Depop Sales. MERCARI The Ninth House sold for $14, I purhcased for $1.50. My earnings were $11.69. Sold Stack of 4 antique books for $15.00. My earnings were $12.56. These books were Free.  Sold the Fox Fire book for $5. This was FREE. My earnings were 3.85. Sold the Silk scarf Carlisle for $14. I paid $1 for this. My earnings were $11.69. sold antique book lot for $76. These were free. I made $65.49. Sold vampire book lot. FREE. I made $4.58 from this $6 sale. Sold The Catcher in the Rye, for $5. I earned $3.73. Sold The Fisherman's Wharf, FREE I sold for $13. I made 10.68.

What Sold Oct 8-14 // I turned $4.25 into $75.57

 Did I do better than the week before? I barely listed any items. Days went by where I didn't list. I had sales on all 3 platforms. Maas = $7.50 Y2k denim overbust shrug / bolero asymmetrical = $40.25 $79.82 - $4.25 COG = $75.57 These are the kind of weeks I like as a hobbiest/ side hustle. $80-$200 a week is preferable. But there's a LOT of work into reselling, you should set your goals higher. $100 a day.
