The Quest for the Lost Library Books

That's more dramatic than it needs to be. I picked out some books the other week and forgot to bring them home and made a huge fuss looking for them because one of the books was by my favorite author, Norton Juster. After dropping off packages I went to the library with new eyes and I felt so lucky that I found the books I had selected but forgot.

I need to start listing books. My goal is 10-20 books a day on Instagram, Depop, and Mercari. I've been procrastinating. It's so much more fun to source and I am bent on selling inventory that has gone stale. There might be a yard sale in my future.

I donated $2 because I am flat broke. i got 17 books.

What Sold in my Bookshop October 8 - 14

This week I'm determined to list list list! I list new items every day. This week I sold a total of 20 books, 2 clothing items, and a photo album. I spent $11.48 and made $178.13. Lady Midnight, 13 Reasons Why Had a 15% off sale on my Depop. She paid $12.75. The PayPal fee was .67 cents. It cost $3.86 to ship. The Depop fee was 1.28. I made a total of $6.94. LuLa Roe Disney Alice in Wonderland leggings These sold 22 hours after listing them and since it was a repeat buyer I offered 10% off from $25. I really appreciate repeat buyers. This sold in the Facebook group Wonderlust Marketplace. Sold for $22.50, PayPal fee was .95, and the shipping label was $3.33. I made $18.22. Woman Who Runs w Wolves This sold for $20 which is a lot more than I imagined someone would pay for it. The Mercari fee was $2. Shipping was $3.33. I made $14.67. So far I've made $39.83. Did I do better than the week before? I barely listed any items. Days went by where I didn't list. I had sales on all 3 platforms. I paid $1 for this. My earnings were $11.69. sold antique book lot for $76. These were free. I made $65.49. Sold vampire book lot. FREE. I made $4.58 from this $6 sale. Sold The Catcher in the Rye, for $5. I earned $3.73. Sold The Fisherman's Wharf, FREE I sold for $13. I made 10.68.
