2023 Listing Challenge: What happened? List 100 items in 7 days

Maybe you don't care to know, but I do! Whatever happened to my 2023 Listing Challenge? I only wrote 4 blog posts.

My goal was to list 100 items on every platform in one week. I only listed 22 items? My new challenge I've been able to list more without the burnout.

I mostly focus on Mercari. One platform is all I can handle at the moment. Being honest with myself is important for business.

I also have a monetary goal: to earn $700 a month selling books on the side. My other part time job? A bookstore owner. Every bookworms dreams!

Listing Challenge: I listed like Daily Refinement for A Week

Daily Refinement says you can make $100 a day if you list 5 items that will make you $20 profit. I really like how he puts this into perspective, plus, this challenge motivates you to list items that are worth your time. It's October 1st, and I need to list 5 items! Already the challenge of having enough to source at that high value is evident. All my items I got for free or have been in my closet for a long time. I also want my main focus to be Ebay and Mercari. The first item I listed was this rare, vintage y2k denim overbust shrug bolero. I got this years ago when I started shopping on Poshmark for myself. Or maybe it was Vinted. I don't remember. I have this listed at $85 depop/ mercari / The second item was a pair of black leather boots, brand new they ran a little big for me but I think they would go great for cosplay as well as casual wear. What Sold April 2023 // I turned $2 into $121.77!!

March was a bad month for me, I'm not sure if it gets better in April!! No Ebay Sales. No Depop Sales. MERCARI The Ninth House sold for $14, I purhcased for $1.50. My earnings were $11.69. Sold Stack of 4 antique books for $15.00. My earnings were $12.56. These books were Free. Sold the Fox Fire book for $5. This was FREE. My earnings were 3.85. Sold the Silk scarf Carlisle for $14. I paid $1 for this. My earnings were $11.69. sold antique book lot for $76. These were free. I made $65.49. Sold vampire book lot. FREE. I made $4.58 from this $6 sale. Sold The Catcher in the Rye, for $5. I earned $3.73. Sold The Fisherman's Wharf, FREE I sold for $13. I made 10.68.
